Cancellation Requests

You may request to cancel an order at any time before it ships. Contact us as soon as possible at hello@toia.store with your order number and “Cancellation Request” in the subject line.

We process orders quickly, so cancellation is not guaranteed. An order cannot be canceled after it has entered shipment or been handed to the carrier. If we are unable to cancel it, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.

Order Changes

Before shipment, you may request a change to the shipping address, item, color, or quantity. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate the request, but changes are not guaranteed after an order has entered fulfillment. A requested product change may require cancellation and a new order.

Refunds for Canceled Orders

If we successfully cancel a paid order, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Although TOIA processes the refund promptly, your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit.

Changes or Cancellations by TOIA

We may cancel or modify an order because of inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, shipping restrictions, or other circumstances that prevent fulfillment. If we cancel a paid order or item, we will refund the canceled amount to the original payment method and notify you using the contact details provided with the order.

Preorders & Custom or Bulk Orders

Preorders, personalized items, and approved wholesale, corporate-gifting, or other bulk orders may be subject to separate cancellation terms disclosed before purchase or included in the applicable invoice or agreement. Those specific terms will control if they conflict with this policy.
