Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped. During high-volume periods or new launches, processing may take slightly longer — we appreciate your patience.


Shipping Rates

• Free Shipping: Orders between $75 - $150 USD in the United States qualify for free standard shipping.

• Large order shipping: We offer complimentary U.S. standard shipping is offered on bulk orders over $1,500 USD.

• Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.


Delivery Timeline

Orders are typically delivered within 7–10 business days.
Delivery times may vary depending on your location and season.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Please allow up to 24 hours for carrier scans to update.


Lost or Stolen Packages

Once marked as delivered by the carrier, TOIA cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages. If this happens, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. To reduce risk, consider choosing a shipping option with insurance or signature confirmation at checkout.


Preorders & Special Releases

Preorder and limited-edition items will display estimated ship dates on the product page. Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together — we’ll notify you if that’s the case.
