Refund & Returns Policy

We hope you love your TOIA piece as much as we loved creating it.
But if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.


Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email hello.toiastore@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number, and
    • Photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping label.

Return Shipping Fee

  • A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
  • The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original condition and securely packaged.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email.
  • Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
  • Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.

Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different color or style,  return your item and place a new order through our website.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
