Refund & Returns Policy
We hope you love your TOIA piece as much as we loved creating it.
But if it’s not quite right, we’re here to help.
Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in the original packaging with all tags attached.
- Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
- Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
How to Start a Return
- Email hello.toiastore@gmail.com with:
- Your order number, and
- Photos of the item(s) you wish to return.
- Our team will respond within 2 business days with next steps and a return shipping label.
Return Shipping Fee
- A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
- The original shipping cost (if applicable) is non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for ensuring the item is returned in its original condition and securely packaged.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send a confirmation email.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days
- Refunds are returned to your original payment method.
- You’ll receive a confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Exchanges
We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different color or style, return your item and place a new order through our website.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible — at no cost to you.
