Shipping
Where does TOIA ship?
We currently ship within the United States. We are not offering international shipping at the moment. Shipping options and fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and total spend.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes — enjoy free standard shipping on all domestic U.S. orders between $75 - $150.
For orders under $75, a flat $5.95 shipping fee applies.
For orders over $150, shipping is individually quoted based on destination, quantity, and delivery preferences.
When will my order ship?
Orders ship within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Once dispatched, most U.S. deliveries arrive within 7–10 business days.
You’ll receive tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 1 hour of placing your order. We process quickly, but we'll do our best to help.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, unworn, and in original packaging with tags attached. A flat $8 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Do you offer exchanges?
We don’t offer direct exchanges. To request a different style or color, simply return your item and place a new order.
How will I receive my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after your return is received and inspected. A confirmation email will follow.
Do you charge a restocking fee?
No — we never charge restocking fees. Items must be returned in original, unused condition to qualify.
Order Issues
What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If something arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We’ll make it right at no cost to you.
Packaging
Do your products come with gift packaging?
Yes — every TOIA piece arrives beautifully packaged and ready to gift.
Bulk Orders (20+ Units)
Do you offer bulk orders?
Yes. Orders of 20 units or more are managed through our Client Services team.
How is shipping handled for bulk orders?
Shipping is individually quoted based on destination, quantity, and delivery preferences.
Is shipping complimentary for large orders?
Yes — complimentary U.S. standard shipping is offered on bulk orders over $1,500 USD.
Do you ship bulk orders internationally?
Yes. International and expedited delivery options are available upon request.
What is the processing time?
Standard processing is 5–7 business days.
Larger or time-sensitive orders may require 7–14 business days.
Are bulk orders returnable?
No. Bulk orders are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
